David & Celestine

This one is gonna get a little personal. David & Celestine are very near and dear to my heart. David is my brother in-law and Celestine is now my sister in law! David Is my hubby,  DJ Luis The Beast's, Brother!

OK, now that we got that figured out, lets talk about their big day. When I was asked to assist with planning this wedding I was Honored! I knew exactly which venue to pick, The Scripps Seaside Forum. It is a breathtaking view of La Jolla shores. Celestine chose  burnt orange roses and orchids for her florals. The roses were the same color of rose David had bought for her on one of their first dates. We kept the look simple and modern. I made chevron paper goods and a bright fun candy buffet! This was my first candy buffet ever.  I think I might start offering them as a service. Message me if interested. We really wanted the floral's to speak for them selves. I think we did just that.

Check it out and hear it through the couples eyes.

How did you two meet?

David: We reconnected on Facebook years later after high school and we just started hanging out, the rest is history.

What was your favorite moment of your wedding day?

David: My favorite moment was seeing Celestine walk down the aisle for the first time in her wedding dress;  she was so beautiful.

Celestine: My favorite moment was walking down the aisle seeing David, knowing I was going to be married to my best friend in just a matter of minutes. And, hello cry city!

What was your favorite detail of the wedding day?:

Celestine: My favorite detail was the flowers. My bouquet was out of this world beautiful and the reception set up was exactly how I envisioned it. Danielle did such an amazing job

What Song did you choose for your first dance and why?

Celestine: We chose John Legend 'All of Me' and had it remixed into Justin Timberlake 'Mirrors'. The songs represent the love that David and I have for one another.

Of course DJ Luis the Beast had to jump in for a little! Here is the remixed first dance song he made.

Any advice for Future Brides and Grooms?

Celestine: My advice for future couples is to enjoy every moment of your wedding day. It goes by way too fast to stress or worry about any little detail. Have fun and live it up, You're married now!! Oh, and hire Tawnee! She will make all your wedding stresses go down the drain. She's amazing !
